When trying to build consistency, I suggest starting with a short and simple exercise: write down three values you want your brand to convey.
Go ahead, write them down. I’ll wait.
Done? Awesome! Keep these top of mind – print them out and put them by your computer, keep them listed on your phone, etc. When sending out any communication, first check if it is in line with the three values you wrote down. If not? Do some revisions before publishing!
